I have been a loving caretaker for children for over 20 years. I started at 8 years old as my mother's little helper caring for my younger brothers. Since then, I have cared for children of all ages. I love spending time with children. They have such a free spirit and not a care in the world. They are a great reminder how we all should be child-like and enjoy this blessed life that we have been given. I am patient, kind, loving, reliable and fun!. I just love being in the presence of children and feel that it is fun and not just work. I am very health conscious and love the children I care for to be active and to eat healthy. I love to cook and prepare meals and fun treats to have kids eat healthy without them realizing it. Nutrition is a key role in children's behavior and I love to incorporate that into the children's lifestyle. I feel it is important to keep them active as well as keeping their brains active with lots of reading, puzzles, games, outdoor fun and more.

We cannot say enough good things about Dawn! She is such a loving and warm and intuitive caretaker with our two young boys. And as a surprise bonus, she has even been able to convince them to eat more veggies! ;) We really appreciate what a great communicator she is and feel fully confident leaving our kids in her care. She really is such a bright light and any family would be lucky to work with her.
