I have been a care giver for over 30 years. I have cared for children, the elderly and people of all ages with disabilities. I'm very compassionate and caring. I love to make the people I care for laugh and smile. I have cared for people in nursing homes, private home care and in assisted living. I have worked with people with dementia, cognitive disabilities, down syndrome, autism, blindness and cerebral palsy and many other symptoms. I hold current CPR and first aid certification for healthcare providers. One of my favorite things to do is create activities to engage the people I care for. To help with mobility, exercise, brain stimulation and just to have fun! I currently work as a sub at an assisted living home for people with special needs. I can pass Federal, state and DMV background checks.
