Dawn is wonderful, dependable, and hard working.  Every week she brought a new level of organization to our home and tackled the "teenage room" situation like a pro.  She is thoughtful and provides excellent service.  Five stars all around!

Dawn has been helping us for six months, and we're very happy we found her. Dawn does a great job keeping our house clean and tidy, and as importantly, we enjoy her company. She is a good communicator, punctual, and is flexible in working around us (we're still working from home). As everyone has different expectations and preferences, Dawn asked detailed questions about what she should focus on, which we really appreciated.

Dawn currently cleans my home on a routine basis.  She is dependable, trust-worthy, and does an amazing job.  She is kind, flexible, and pays attention to detail and our specific cleaning needs.  She is adaptable, takes constructive criticism well, and truly is a gem.   She continually exceeds our expectations.  We are very lucky to have found her.

I have no idea where the review is coming from with her comments about Dawn.  They sound like she's talking about another person.

We have employed Dawn for a few months now, initially right after we completed a major interior painting job.  She has always met our expectations, both stated and unstated.  She works hard and cleans thoroughly.

My wife has Parkinson's Disease.  Dawn brightens up my wife's day.

Dawn is an outstanding communicator, both regarding scheduling with us, and regarding what we want done and how.  She is totally open to and responsive to constructive feedback.  She also takes the initiative to ask us about things we haven't spotted, and that have thus been neglected.

In sum, it's a pleasure to have her helping us out with our household cleaning.

Also, she adores our Westie!

Dawn has been helping my family for about three months now. We had to make a change from an unreliable and poor cleaning service and am so happy we did! Dawn always checks in to confirm we are on schedule and has been very flexible working around us, as we have multiple pets and my husband and I are often working from home. Cleaning is very thorough and Dawn always checks in for feedback on any area we might want more attention focused on. So thankful to have the help!

Not sure where the bad review came from.  Dawn has worked for me for a year, has always been on time, does a great job, not only with the cleaning (especially important since I am a single older man) but also helping me reorganize my house after the death of my wife.  Since my work requires me to travel world wide, I have found her to be completely trustworthy working alone in my house while I was away out of the country.  She takes direction well, but also has good suggestions if you are willing to listen to her.  She has never complained about payment and has been more than fair.

Rude, unprofessional, arrogant! 
Late for the interview, late for first day of work. (Timing was important and discussed in advance because of my children's schedule). 
Demanded to be paid for the time she was late and that was pointed out completely flipped out. Left with most of the house still being not cleaned. 
Honestly, I am horrified. Not sure where are the good reviews are coming from.

Dawn is very dependable and does an amazing job. She cleaned my home post construction and the place shinned after! It was like the construction never happened. Dawn also cleans my home on a weekly basis. She is punctual, honest, and meticulous. She leaves no spot left untouched and is incredibly helpful.
