Making a difference in the lives of others is my calling. With three years of experience as a home health aide, I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy, and I strive to be both friendly and professional in all my interactions. I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also have experience in dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. Communication is key, and I provide verbal or written updates following the family's preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I have some college education and hold certifications in CPR and First Aid. Knowing I can positively impact your family gives me great satisfaction.
