Hard working and diligent companion to seniors with medically diagnosed conditions including limited or no mobility. Assisted with daily hygiene, bathing, bed baths, dressing, hair, makeup, toileting and diapering. Administering prescribed and over the counter medications as needed. Follow up with physical, occupational and speech therapies as directed by medical personnel. Transported persons in my care to doctors appointments and hospital stays as needed, including staying shifts while hospitalized. General house keeping, laundry, meal preparation, correspondence, shopping, private and social events. Prepared crafts, special cooking projects, reading, games, and activities to keep patient engaged and fulfilled with quality time spent together. Monitored sleeping and resting times.
