Hello my name is Dawn I started out working with people with intellectual physical and mental disabilities seven years ago I started out caring for two females both were nonverbal. About 11 months later I moved up and became a group home manager or a manager four females move to Texas and became a group home manager of six females and I am currently now working for the state of Texas managing an entire dorm of male and females. I am currently looking to go to the private scene but I do have lots of experience with many kinds of disabilities. I have worked other fields and this one is the most fulfilling to me. At the end of the day, I know that I truly helped someone and made a difference in their lives. For that reason I love what I do.
