Having Dawn for full time childcare for our family for the past 2 years has been a blessing to our home. Her skills with both a toddler and a young infant were truly impressive. I learned from her new ways to help our young son fall asleep. Soon he would fall asleep on his own for her in his crib. As time went on her position became taming two toddlers. A job she handled with calm confidence as she talked them through issues learning how to share, how to talk nice, and handling difficult emotions. They were treated with care and respect in a way that taught them they were safe. They were taught to help pick up after themselves; my toddlers would often put their own plate on the counter or sink. My two-year-old thinks it's great fun to throw his trash away. I have a picky eater but it became a regular at lunch time for her to eat her veggies too. Shes not your regular sitter, I believe she is professional child care expert. Any family would be lucky to find her.
