I hired Dawnielle help care for my 90 year old Mom when I needed to be away for surgery plus a few days for recovery. I have nothing but good things to say about Dawnielle! To start, Mom loved spending time with her, which is super important. Dawnielle is positive, upbeat, and fun to be around. But there is much more. She listened carefully, and patiently, to all of the information I offered about Mom's particular health issues and daily routine, and happily did things the way I asked her to do them. I felt very confident leaving Mom in Dawnielle's gentle care. Dawnielle also has excellent communication skills, was always on time, and went above and beyond in small ways just because.
