About Dawn

20+ years of experience have shaped my deep passion for nurturing children's growth and development. In addition to raising 3 children of my own, being a classroom teacher and then advising teachers to meet children's needs has ignited this desire, and I'm driven to positively impact young lives. My graduate degree, combined with my certifications as a teacher, and positions in early childhood, has equipped me with the tools to provide exceptional care for children from birth through age 12. I'm patient, creative, and empathetic. I enjoy engaging children with games, puzzles, creative play, and educational activities. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and provide regular updates to parents through texts, phone calls, and verbal communication. I'm happy to help with crafts, meal preparation and light housekeeping. I can comfortably care for up to three children. I find immense joy in watching children learn and thrive, and I hope to share my passion with your family.
