Dawn was very perceptive. She knew right away my moms condition was in need of additional support and a lot more care. Dawn was 100% right. A few days after, my moms lung collapsed, she had 3 blood clots and was back in ER. Dawn knew it and asked me to look into insurance support. That led me to search and get my mom into hospice program where she's getting more support. Thank you Dawn for helping us understand the situation.
