I have been a mom for 32 years , but caring for children for 40. I have watched only one child, and as many as five with a set of twins. I love being the one to love and nurture children. Watching them grow and learn has always brought me joy. I love being outdoors, going to the library, and playing at the park. I enjoy crafts, and playing, so the child doesn't realize he is learning. Making up silly songs and playing make believe, are regular occurrences! I am funny and firm, loving and patient. I would love to talk with you more to see if we're a good fit.

Dawn cares for our 9 year old twins and 5 month old daughter. She is very reliable, and punctual. She is amazing with our kids and treats them as if they were her own. She often provides feedback and gives us updates on her day with the baby/kids. She provides fun for the kids and is very engaging, responsible and safe.  I would highly recommend her to care for your children or babies. 

We loved Dawn she met all of our requirements but didn't have the availability we were looking for. 

I hired Dawn for my 2 children for 1.5years, she took them on many walks to tire them out, did their laundry weekly, and stay consistent with their schedules.  She only missed 1 day for an illness and contacted me the night before. You could rely on her.

I hired Dawn back in August. She took the position for part-time. In the meantime I was a little hesitant because she told me how she took another job part time with another family. I made sure to tell her that my family was to come first since she took my job first. She said absolutely. She was very flexible with our schedule. My children grew to love her in the month that she worked for us. My daughter would wake up from her nap asking where Dawn was. You can definitely see the connection she had with my children. I came home everyday to happy children, laundry done, and a tidy house. But sadly, she no longer is working for us because she quit on us after four weeks. She gave me a year commitment and did not stick to this. Granted even with her situation, she still left me and my family hanging. She gave me no heads up. She didn't even say she would help out with the family until I found someone or even just help for the next week or two. Now in 2 days I have to find care for my children. It leaves me with questions and if she still is caring for the other family or just dropped mine. Needless to say I feel as she did this very unprofessionally and would say you cannot count on her.

I am a teacher and Dawn is our nanny for the school year.  She is amazing in every way.  She is caring and supportive and fun.  If I didn't have Dawn, I wouldn't be working.  My toddler daughter is head over heels for her.  Dawn loves to do creative activities and likes to stay busy.  Bike rides, library trips, and walks are all daily occurrences.  She even takes my daughter to the children's museum, zoo, parks, etc.  Dawn is professional yet easy to talk to.  She has an amazing background and a wide variety of experience with children.  I often will ask her for bits of advice, as my husband and I are first time parents.  She is always supportive of our decisions and routine.  We love her!
