Dawn did a phone interview with us and we scheduled a meet and greet the following Wed. In the meantime Dawn was supposed to send us 3 references. We texted her asking her again for the references so we have time to contact them before our meet and greet. Dawn never sent us references that she promised us and didn't show up to our meet and greet. She basically ghosted us.
