As a nurturing caregiver with 18 years of experience, I've had the privilege of guiding children on their developmental journeys. My passion for child care stems from my upbringing as the second oldest of seven siblings, where I discovered my natural ability to care for others. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children on a profound level. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring that they are well-informed about their child's day and any concerns that may arise. While I respect the importance of household rules, I prioritize following the parents' lead to maintain consistency for the child. Engaging in board games and puzzles with children brings me immense joy, as these activities foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I hold some college experience , I am fluent in English and Spanish, and am CPR-trained.
