About Davona

Hello! My name is Davona and I'm 23 years of age. I am currently a PreK teacher at the Learning Experience but have many more years of nannying and child care under my belt! I started off with babysitting for family and volunteering at daycares, then began to be a mentor at the Connections Program of Franklin until I was old enough to work at various jobs (mostly daycares). I fell in love with the Learning Experience and have been with them for about 3 years. Here I have juggled between being a PreK teacher, a Infant teacher and a Kindergarten teacher and I loved it all! I have also babysat continuously for many of the families from the center which has led to being recommended to family/friends and brought me more opportunities. Along with taking on many Care. com families in the past year for many different nannying jobs. I don't see working with children as a job but as something I love to do!
