I love being part of children's daily lives and watching them grow and discover the world around them. It's so special being trusted by families to care for their most precious people, and I take that responsibility seriously. My background in early childhood education and Montessori principles has taught me how to support children's natural development while creating fun, engaging environments. I'm energetically suited for this work - I love dancing and singing with kids, getting down on their level, and seeing the world through their eyes. I find it crucial to partner with parents to understand each child's unique needs and personality, then creating experiences that help them thrive. Every family is different, and I am flexible and responsive to what works best for each situation. Plus, after 8+ years in Chicago, the families I've worked with have truly become my community - there's nothing quite like the bonds you build when you're part of a child's story from the very beginning.
