My name is David, and I am 42 years old with six years of experience as a Direct Support Professional. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of young adults with special needs, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down syndrome. I am an understanding, compassionate, and empathetic professional who always puts the well-being, safety, and dignity of the individuals I support first. I believe that every person deserves to be treated with patience, respect, and understanding while being encouraged to reach their full potential. Over the past six years, I have also worked closely with individuals and their families on Individual Service Plans (ISPs), helping them identify and work toward their personal goals. I take pride in building trusting relationships with the people I support and their families while providing dependable, person-centered care that promotes independence, growth, and a better quality of life.
