I'm a married 39-year-old man (born 1986). I have my life together with a college degree, paid off house/cars, and IRA. My job often has a lot of days off so that is why I'm here. The experience of sitting and tutoring appeals to me far more than the money. I have college level education for teaching elementary students. I was an A student and am tutoring a 9th grader now. I am happy to try more sitting and/or tutoring since most of success is not being smart, but giving time and effort. I may not immediately know the answer but I will learn it. Being a guy has the pro of male influence (safety-minded, work to overcome obstacles, responsible during crisis, provider mentality, strength to protect a child from others or himself, etc.). Being a guy has the con of stigma when alone with a stranger's kids. I'm happy having my entire time audio and video recorded. Let me know your rules and agenda for my visit and it will happen.
