About David

Hello! I'm David. I'm originally from the UK, just outside of London. After spending 2 years in New York City, I moved down to South Carolina with my wife to escape the hustle and bustle in search of that community feel. I quit my career of 15 years to care for an elderly loved one who became terminally ill in early 2020. As her immediate family could not support her, I was honoured to step in and provide the support her with care, humour, and activities she needed. I know families everywhere are in need of support for their ageing loved ones, so I have chosen this as my new career. I can help with Home Care and Respite Care; including but not limited to cooking, feeding, heavy lifting, showering and personal care, fitness, transportation to appointments, reading, and friendly company. I am able to help with scheduling or creating activities. My goal as a caregiver is to ensure your loved one enjoys a laugh or two, and feel at ease in my company. I hope to hear from you! - David
