I am a father of a 5-year-old child who works for the DDANJ aka Developmental Disabilities Association of New Jersey Inc. I have dealt with a wide range of mental issues on a daily basis. I am also training to be a RBT or register behavior technician meaning I help to train out bad behaviors or give new good behaviors.
