About David

I am a Mechanical Engineer and a Continuous Improvement Manager, and I am passionate about mentoring, inspiring, and sharing the knowledge I have gained along my journey. I have spent over 20 years as a professional learning how to effectively communicate extremely complex concepts by breaking them down into their most simple and basic components. My approach to everything is actively listening with compassion and empathy to find the gaps that lead back to the root causes of the issue, and develop a plan to address, backfill, or explain in a different way so that we can build upon that connection. I am extremely patient and calm, especially when dealing with frustration and I assisted my child through her entire scholastic career with neurodivergent struggles, but she was always in the top 90th percentile on National testing. I feel a duty to assist others and give support to my local community, and feel it is most rewarding when assisting someone reach their potential!
