I'm passionate about supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and creating opportunities for people to feel capable, included, respected, and genuinely seen. My experience includes working with adults through Abound and 321 Coffee, where I've had the opportunity to support individuals with different abilities, personalities, communication styles, and needs. I believe good caregiving is about much more than completing tasks. It's about getting to know the person, encouraging independence, celebrating their interests, and making everyday life a little more enjoyable. I bring patience, creativity, humor, reliability, and a very person-centered approach to caregiving. Whether someone needs hands-on assistance, companionship, help navigating activities, or simply someone who will treat them with dignity and kindness, I'm happy to be that person. I believe everyone deserves to have someone in their corner who sees the person first, not the disability.
