For the past six years, I've provided home health, hospice, and dementia care, always prioritizing the well-being and independence of those I serve. My experience includes mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and encouraging physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle behavioral changes with patience and a calm demeanor. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
