We hired Daunnia for several years- for nanny shares from the time each of my kids was ~5mos old until they went to preschool. She was incredibly devoted to our family. She was very flexible with hours. Was able to come early and stay late when needed. She took my kids to activities throughout the city and we felt comfortable with having her drive them. She helped prepare meals and did all of the kids laundry, etc. We still stay in touch with her now that my kids are in elementary and middle school!
