About Dasia

While I have not worked as a professional nanny, I have extensive experience caring for children in both family and professional settings. As the oldest of 10 children, I have helped care for younger siblings by changing diapers, preparing meals, supervising activities, maintaining routines, assisting with homework, and ensuring their safety and well being. In addition, I worked two summers at a daycare caring for children ages 3-5, where I supported daily routines, supervised play, assisted with activities, and helped create a safe and positive environment for young children. I also worked in a summer program through Salisbury University with middle school aged- students, where I taught arts and crafts, facilitated activities, and encouraged creativity and engagement. Currently I work in a school setting supporting students and helping maintain a structure environment. I am comfortable following schedules established by parents, communicating effectively, and providing safe care!
