About Da'ronda

Hello! My name is Da'Ronda , and I'm a dedicated caregiver with over 13 years of experience working with children from newborns to teenagers. I'm passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment that supports children's growth and development. I currently work as a preschool substitute teacher and have 4+ years of nanny experience, most recently caring for a wonderful 2-year-old boy. My background also includes leadership roles in youth programs as a former Program Director for elementary and middle schools, as well as extensive experience as a Recreation Director. I believe in hands-on, educational play and often incorporate Montessori principles to encourage independence, fine motor skills, and sensory exploration.
