We hired Darnielle at the beginning of April for a full-time position, and she has been absolutely amazing. We originally intended to keep her long-term, but unfortunately, we are relocating out of state for work. We genuinely wish we could take her with us! Darnielle has been a massive blessing for our little girl, Sylvie, who was born in January. She has been there for so many fun milestones and is incredibly proactive about making sure Sylvie gets plenty of tummy time to strengthen her neck. Since my wife and I both work full-time, it means the world to us that Darnielle keeps us so connected. She sends multiple pictures every day, along with detailed updates on Sylvie's mood, feedings, and diaper changes. She is "all in" as a nanny and never slacks. Beyond taking perfect care of Sylvie, Darnielle is wonderful with animals and is so gentle and kind to our dog, Josie. She also goes above and beyond to help around the house. While Sylvie takes her naps, Darnielle proactively uses that time to clean, organize, and help with the dishes. That extra support has been an absolute lifesaver for us while balancing our busy jobs and a new baby. Darnielle absolutely deserves 5 stars. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, caring, and proactive nanny. We hope she finds a wonderful new family soon!
