Hello! My name is Darling and I have 5 years of experience working with kids with special needs, especially with kids with autism. I used to work in a center for kids with autism and I have also worked as a 1-1 aide for families. I'm very patient, understanding and I love to apply my knowledge but at the same time I understand that all kids are different so I always like to keep an open mind and adjust to each individual needs, wants and personalities. I truly enjoy helping out families that need an extra set of hands!! I have worked with many families so I can provide references if needed!
