About Darlene

Hello! Hola! I currently have a 1. 5-year-old son and love being a Mom. After teaching Spanish at a public high school for 2 years I decided not to return to full time work after my son was born. I now teach Spanish part time in the day at a private school. I would love to find something part time evening work when my husband gets home I can go care for other babies or children. I can also do date nights! I studied abroad in Spain my junior year in college and worked part time one on one tutoring children in English. I worked at Head start as an assistant teacher caring and teaching toddlers and younger children in low-income families. While I was studying at Sacramento State I had the pleasure of being a Nanny part time for a wonderful family caring for twins aged 7 and a 12-year-old I love seeing them grow in their Christmas cards each year! I look forward to using my experience to care for more children or babies in my community.
