About Darlene

Nurturing children's potential is my passion. For four years, I have provided reliable childcare while fostering growth and development in children aged 4 and up. I hold a college degree and have completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development Coursework. I am comfortable caring for up to four children. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules. I provide written daily reports and communicate verbally at pickup, but I always follow your preferred communication method. I am also CPR Trained PMT Trained, and I have experience as a Behavior Technician. I am happy to provide swimming supervision. I also speak Spanish. I look forward to creating a supportive and fun environment for your children!
