About Darlene

I have over 20 years of caregiving experience, including 15 years in childcare and the last four years providing elderly care. While I have enjoyed working with children, elderly care is where I have found my passion and what I prefer to focus on now. I'm dependable, patient, compassionate, and comfortable helping with the everyday needs that allow someone to remain safe and comfortable in their home. I can assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, and daily routines. My years of caregiving have taught me that every person and every family is different. I'm comfortable adapting to individual routines and preferences, and I believe good communication with both the person I'm caring for and their family is very important. Most importantly, I want the person I care for to feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for, while giving their family peace of mind knowing their loved one is in good hands.
