About Darlene

From a young age, I've felt drawn to helping children learn and grow. My babysitting experiences solidified my desire to support families by providing reliable and nurturing childcare. I have one year of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11 years old, and I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I'm patient and friendly, and I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games. I always follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and will communicate with you using your preferred method, whether it's a quick chat at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I have been caring for children and animals since I myself was a child. I have had one formal paid nannying job outside of my family but I'm hoping to gain even more experience. I'm eager to connect with a family where I can make a positive impact and share my love for creating fun, engaging experiences for children.
