About Darla

Taking care of kids comes naturally to me, as I have had many babysitting jobs growing up. Now that I'm a mom myself of two kids (a 16-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl), I have set a steady foundation for myself. I am American Red Cross certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED (completed Sept 2026). I am a patient, creative, and approachable caregiver who enjoys engaging children through outdoor walks, going to the park, or simply staying home and finding entertaining things to do. Whether I am preparing meals or assisting with light housekeeping, I am comfortable supervising up to three children if needed. I prioritize clear communication, providing updates via your preferred method. I look forward to the possibility of becoming a trusted caretaker in your family's daily life.
