Here's a little about me: I am a 46-year-old mother of 3! My kids are ages 25, 23, and 20. I have been nanny to a few beautiful babies-turned-toddlers. In between childcare jobs I have had a few elderly care families. Before that, I worked as a kindergarten assistant for Natomas unified school district. I have been a Girl Scout troop leader, baseball team mom, and classroom volunteer and ptsa board member. I have been background cleared through the school district, volunteer organizations, and the state. I have been CPR/first aid certified several times and have been AED trained. I treat all children as if they were my own! And all seniors as if they were my own parents or grandparents! FYI, my own children are treated very well! I have AMAZING references!! My senior care experience comes from taking care of my mom when she had cancer and for the last 10 years, I've taken care of elderly clients in between nannying.

Darla watched our little man (a 7 week early preemie) from 2 months old. She was amazing and so helpful to us. She was always very respectful and offered suggestions when we were at a loss of what to do. Even though our daily childcare needs changed we plan to stay in touch and use her when we can. Our son just loves spending time with her.
