About Darla

I'm a nurturing and experienced caregiver with three years of experience providing childcare for families in my community as well as a daycare facility! I've also taken classes dedicated to child development and taught classes! I believe that open communication is key to building trust with parents, so I provide written daily reports if asked and engage in verbal communication at pickup, always fine with the parents' preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead and work closely with them to ensure consistency and a safe environment for the children in my care! I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of various ages, from infants to preteens. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games and apps.
