About Daria

Hi! I'm Daria & I have over 11 years of experience working with children. I began babysitting in high school and began working in a preschool/childcare center at 18, caring for infants through 5-year-olds for 4 years while earning my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. After graduating, I taught kindergarten with Polk County Public Schools & then taught Preschool 3 at All Saints Academy for 3 years. At the beginning of this year, I had my son, and after the school year ended, I opened a licensed in-home daycare so I could stay home with him. I'm now exploring nanny opportunities where I can provide more individualized care while continuing to be with my son. Ideally, I'm looking for a family who is comfortable with me bringing him along. I'm nurturing, dependable, patient, and passionate about creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn & grow!
