About Daria

Hi! My name is Daria, and I have over 10 years of paid childcare experience, including nannying and working as an Aftercare Coordinator at the Joliet Montessori School. In addition to my professional background, I've raised three wonderful children of my own-now all grown-which has given me a deep understanding of the needs of children at every age and stage. After recently choosing to retire early, I'm excited to return to what truly brings me joy: caring for children. I'm comfortable caring for infants through school-aged kids, and I believe in the importance of structure, routine, and open communication with parents. I love creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive-and I've often been told by kids (and parents!) that I'm the "fun one." While I don't have any grandkids yet, spending time with kids is when I am the happiest! I'd love the opportunity to be a positive and reliable presence in your child's life!
