About Darianna

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, outgoing, and fearless I like working with kids because I love watching them grow to be their best selves while helping them achieve their goals. I have a passion to help kids work their way through life with the best support possible not only from mom and dad, but from the people around them. I'm looking for a job that has 2-3 kids. I also am able to work with special needs kids, as I have before. I'm also looking for a job that can challenge me to be more patient and have more understanding of children and parents. I started working with kids when I started coaching cheer at 16 years old. I coached groups of kids from ages 3-12. In my spare time, I like to hangout with my friends, spend time with my animals, and study for school. One thing you should know about me is I will always take into consideration what a child is saying to me and I will never ignore them. My skills include independency, empathy, and kindness
