About Dariana

I am a first grade teacher in Natick with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and experience in Pre-K through 3rd grade. I'm currently seeking a babysitting or nanny position for the summer and possibly into the fall. I bring a strong early childhood background, including work as a head preschool teacher and interim director. I'm familiar with Reggio and Montessori approaches, along with best practices in early learning. I create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore, take risks, and learn through play. I value outdoor time and hands-on activities. I use a calm, patient approach with clear and consistent expectations. I'm happy to support homework, early literacy, and math, and I enjoy incorporating art and creativity into activities. As a former lifeguard and swim instructor, I'm also comfortable supervising children in and around water. Families describe me as reliable, warm, and communicative.
