About Daren

My passion for individuals with special needs originated from the six years I was able to spend with my brother. I have a master's degree in special education and 17 years of experience. I have worked in a wide variety of settings, from private homes to public schools to non-profit organizations and I have performed many different types of work such as supported community living, respite services, and employment coaching. I have also worked with individuals across a large spectrum of age ranges (5-65 years) and disabilities (autism spectrum disorder, emotional behavioral disorders, etc.). I have designed and implemented goals across a wide range of needs. The work that I have done over the past 17 years has been the most rewarding and fulfilling of my professional career and the relationships that I have built are some of the most meaningful of my life. I look forward to meeting and enhancing the quality of life for those who may need a helping and compassionate hand.
