As an active 62-year-old I have been running successful small businesses for the last 35 years. Prior to my move I ran a cleaning company for the short term rental market in my community. I know the many elements of running a busy household and have supported several families over the years as their Nanny which brings me so much joy! I believe in nurturing children's emotional well being while always focusing on creating a safe and enriching environment for them to grow and thrive. Darece has been an absolute delight as both our former nanny (1.5 YO at the time) and current babysitter (2.5 YO). Her cheerful disposition, kindness, and boundless energy makes her so great with kiddos; our toddler can't get enough of her! We can always count on her to be reliable and punctual, which brings us great peace of mind. She also has an incredible knack for getting our toddler to do things we couldn't manage ourselves, like ACTUALLY wearing sunglasses on our walks and playing with a new, intimidating rocking chair. Darece's positive attitude and patience truly shine through in her interactions with our little one. We highly recommend her to any family seeking a trustworthy caregiver who brings sunshine into their home.
