About Darcy

I am a professionally licensed teacher in my home country, Venezuela. In the United States, I work as a nanny and housekeeper with over 6 years of experience. I am 58 years old, active, responsible, and caring. My childcare approach goes beyond supervision. I apply my teaching background so children are not only cared for, but also supported in their learning and daily routines. I have experience caring for up to two children, including transportation, school routines, meal preparation, and daily care. I hold a valid driver's license (Chicago, Illinois). Spanish is the only language I speak. I do not see this as a difficulty, as I have worked with English-speaking families and the children benefited from learning Spanish naturally.
