I'm having a hard time with the program. But I've been unexperienced housekeeper since I was about 4 years old. We had to do chores and at my house. It was a large home and there were five of us children, and we divided up all those chores. Since then, I worked at seasonal homes in the northeast I'm from originally from upstate New York If I can help you in anyway with yours reach out, it's a very easy job. You just have to be consistent and get everything.

This provider misrepresented their professionalism and service level. Communication quickly became passive-aggressive and dismissive when direction was given. Although presented as reliable, they were unable to follow instructions or deliver results aligned with what their Care.com profile implied. There was unnecessary drama and a lack of solution-focused communication, which creates an unprofessional experience for paying clients. Given that I pay for Care.com services and expect vetted, competent service providers, this interaction did not reflect well on the platform. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this cleaner for professional housekeeping work.
