I live my life based on the idea that every person, every living being, and our earth deserves compassion. Ever since I was in school I enjoyed getting to work with people who had special needs. I often found them to be much better company than my other peers. I was fortunate enough to get to work with them all through my schooling and went on to tutor and care for individuals who needed special care. I find that through empathy, patience, and a good sense of humor we're all craving the same things out of life. We want to feel loved, we want to feel like we have autonomy over our-self, and we want to feel listened to.
