About Daphne

Hi, my name is Daphne. I recently moved to gunnison and love working with kids! I have been in childcare since I was 14, from babysitting to being an au-pair in Norway. I like to work with kids under the age of 14, and I am open to babies and toddlers as well. I would consider myself a very creative person, so your children will be doing lots of arts and crafts with me. I believe that outdoor exposure is extremely important as well. So, between that and our crafts, your kids will be far away from screens in my watch. I personally like working with children because I think that kids are pure humans. It gives me hope knowing their vision of the world hasn't been tarnished. And sometimes they give me needed reminders of how beautiful the world can really be.
