She is not only incredibly punctual and responsible, but she also takes the initiative to engage our children in creative, screen-free activities like arts and crafts and outdoor play. We never have to worry when she’s in charge because her communication is excellent; she proactively sends updates and photos throughout the day. Daphnee has a natural gift for connecting with kids, and mine absolutely adore her. She even helps with light tidying and meal prep without being asked, which is such a huge help to us.
