Hi! I'm Dan, a math tutor with experience working with elementary and middle school students. I currently work in a public middle school and have several years of experience supporting and teaching students in math. I especially enjoy helping students who feel stuck or lack confidence in math. I'm patient, encouraging, and good at breaking problems down into simple, manageable steps. My goal is not just to help students finish their homework, but to make sure they truly understand the concepts and become more confident problem-solvers. I can help with elementary math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, homework support, test preparation, and strengthening foundational skills. I'm comfortable working with students at different learning levels and adapting lessons to their individual needs.
