I am currently a lead infant teacher at a local childcare center however I am looking to move out of center based care as I believe children learn best through hands on experiences in the outside world and community. I prefer to be outside, doing seasonal activities, getting messy and exploring local resources. I have 20+years experience working with children and families. I've obtained an associates degree in Early Childhood Education as well as certification for AED/CPR/First Aid. I have experience with children ages birth through adulthood and have experience with medically fragile children, developmental delayed children, children on the spectrum, children with special needs, neurodivergent children as well as neurotypical children. I have experience working with Early Intervention Services, OT, PT, SP, and SEIT and have no problem helping at attend those appointments as well as working on those skills as needed.
