I can clean bathrooms, counter tops, scrub toilets, shower/tub. clean windows, mop floors, clean hardwood floors and carpet. I can do laundry, make beds and change linens. I can dust/polish furniture. I can clean kitchens, empty trash, clean refrigerators, stove. I have 16 yrs experience and have references. I am reliable and trustworthy. I will clean your home as if it were my own. I do not smoke and have all cleaning equipment and supplies. Dust door frames, ceiling fans. Clean and empty cat litter boxes. I am very comfortable with pets also. I can get your home ready for the Masters tournament and clean afterwards as well.

Danna was amazing. She was punctual, professional and efficient. I cannot recommend her enough. Her work was fantastic.

This was back in February. I wasn't going to post but I saw a similar incident from May that made me sad for that momma. 

Danna showed up a little late, but I didn't care, I'm flexible. When she came in she seemed nervous about our small puppy, but said she was fine. I asked her to mop the kitchen, dining room and living room hardwoods, and deep clean the three bathrooms. It was a maintenance cleaning, we had moved in a month prior, so hit the hot spots, that's all. The house wasn't completely unpacked and I said when and if she had time she could do more and I'd pay her for her time and if she wanted to come back and help me organize I'd like that.

She started in the kid's bathroom upstairs as I put my toddler down for a nap. When I came out she was gone. I was immediately terrified, having another child in the home and being new to the area. I felt deceived and unsafe in my own home. I called and texted her to ensure she was on and that I hadn't done or said something offensive. No response. I figured if it was an actual emergency she wouldn't respond anyways. 

I texted her again the next day, worried about the interaction. She shared that had a family emergency. I said that I was sorry and had been worried. She apologized for leaving abruptly and asked to return the following week. She set the date and then she changed it the day before when I texted to confirm. So I agreed to the next day but she was a no show, no response. The whole experience was unsettling and frustrating.

Danna came to house, my dogs were put up but she states she pet friend but was afraid of them. The laundry room had flooded so there were a lot of clothes around I told her not to worry about those that I just needed the kitchen done. She says ok I'll go get my stuff. My husband comes and tells me shes gone. I text her asking her if she was coming back. She said No, it was too much....telling me it's too much and leaving is one thing but just leaving and not saying anything really upset me and is poor business....I am a first time mom. Balancing house work and baby stuff, I'm still trying figuring out and I didn't think one room was asking too much from her. Who prides herself so much in her work.

Danna did everything I needed! She was punctual and ready when I got there. We did a walk through and discussed what needed to be done for the move out cleaning and she did so with no hesitation. The end result was great. I definitely will be using Danna's services again!

Danna did such an amazing job on our 4 bedroom house. She is reliable, punctual and very detail oriented. She suggested cleaning tasks that were on my own to do list. We will be using her AGAIN and again!!

She is highly reliable, does an excellent job cleaning. Communicates regularly with times / dates just to make sure we get the best service. She charges by the job so be honest about what you need done. I like this method better than by the hour as it always results in a cleaner house
