About Danika

I'd describe my personality as calm, friendly, cheerful, loving, trustworthy. I like working with kids because it allows me to positively influence their growth, build meaningful relationships. It also brings me joy! I'm looking for a job that has flexility, good communication, and a good loving family. I started working with kids when I was 16. I started helping in elementary classrooms. I helped kids between the ages of 4-12 years old. I started working at a local daycare in the fall of 2025. At that daycare I worked with kids between the ages of 0-8 years old. In my spare time, I like to go to the lake. As well as coaching my sister's softball team. I love going for walks. I also love staying inside and playing games and watching movies. One thing you should know about me is I've always been good at making new kids feel welcome, even if they're shy or nervous. My skills include patience, clear communication and boundaries, along with keeping a positive home environment.
