A brief description of myself is I'm a fun-loving babysitter/nanny. I enjoy spending time with children. I pride myself on being able to play and act goofy with the kids, yet still have them listen and respect me. I love taking children to interactive & fun activities such as the park, zoo, plays, etc. But I can also spend the day at home coloring, dancing, and playing eye spy. It's very easy for me to connect with kids. Keeping the child's well-being is something I take very seriously. I'm a healthy balance of an easy going/patient attitude, and assertive when needed. Dani initially canceled our working interview within 2 hours of our appointment even though moments prior she asked to come early. She was nice enough to explain why she needed to reschedule and at our working interivew she had a nice personality. She is very likeable and sweet. Unfortunately I experienced her as rude and irresponsible as she could not email me basic items required for the position and was given over 2 weeks to get the correct documents to me. I actually made several attempts to call her on a Saturday, the same day she promised documents and she is non responsive to texts and calls. I finally asked her if she would be avaialble for a 2pm call the next day and she didn't reply until the next morning with a "I can be availble" I asked her to call me at 2pm and got nothing. I called her and got no answer. Then she called me 37 minutes after our scheduled call telling me how busy she is. I'm sorry, a scheduled call is a normal part of a hiring process. I felt like I was dealing with a 20 year old that never had a job before. I was dissapointed with her lack of maturity and integrity to have better follow-up communication skills. I felt her behavior was rude becasue I blocked my time to speak to her. TOTAL DISAPOINTMENT
